Care to help me find this song?

I have no idea who did it. It sounds like elevator music and is about a place named Summerville. But the lyrics are what make it great. I do not if the song was intentionally written to emphasize all the mundane parts of this town, but here is some of what I was able to make out. Sorry I only have snippets. "At night, the traffic lights go from red to green then from green to red." "People go to work then come back home" "A place where branches hang from every tree" I only heard this song once ang have been having a hard time googling it. Anyone know what it is and who did it?
