I was installing fallout script extender and messed up my fallout 3,help?

I moved all the files located in the fallout 3 goty folder into the data, doing so deleted all the addons and the main file from fomm and i cant play the game through steam, everytim ei try to play it at all it crashes so my question is how i do i get those files back into the right place?
