Why did yahoo change everything? You guys suck now?

It is unbelievably hard to load, answer, or even read emails. Your site is impossible to navigate and it takes 30+ seconds to even be able to respond to an email. More is not better. So why? Why did you have to make yourselves more like the comcast site, etc.? I dropped my comcast email for this very same reason.
