Drug testing for Crystal Meth and adderall?

Would adderall and crystal meth come back the same in a drug test .. Reason why I'm asking is cause I have been prescribed adderall and I know that comes back on a drug test but I occasionally smoke meth when my prescription isn't working as strong and I drive a forklift at work and if an accident occurs where I drop or hit something they send us out for a drug test and I was wondering if they would be able to tell the difference between the two and if they can actually pin point what drug was taken
