Confused about Schedule C? Auto loan? Help?

So, basically I am considered an independent contractor. Therefore I filed form 1040, sched c and all that previously. I have been pre approved for an auto loan at my bank. They need my 2011 and 2012 tax returns as proof of income. Basically, I only had my 2011 transcripts and they will only accept the actual form. So I called the bank and asked them what I could do, and they said something about requesting me schedule c and viewing it online or going to the Irs office to get it. WHat exactly fo they mean by this? How do I get it from 2011? I am lost lol someone please help me understand.
