when i stand up my head hurts :/?? help?

okay so like a week ago i recoverd from a sore throat i had a fever and my head was kind of hurting , and idk its wierd whenever i stand up my head hurts real bad and sometimes when im just sitting down it sometimes it hurts . ive been like this for 2 days :/ is there any medicine i could take for this ?
