How can I get out of a graveyard shift?

So I hate my job. The schedule changes every week. So I could never plan anything. I work at a fast food restaurant. Well my boss just gave me graveyard. I don't want it. What could I do? She told me try it for a week. But I know she's going to try to make me do it. How could I get out of this? Should I quit I hate the way it's run.... What could I do
