i am a confused fresher ?

i am mba fresher and looking for logistics job, my english is not good but need job immediately, is it possible to get a job in logistics field if i am not fluent in english. i know english is very important but i just want to be employed first. many of my friends are doing job in marketing and finance and they are also poor in english, please tell me can i get job in logistics or shipping line in this situation.(mumbai, india)
