Working out tips... I will choose best answer?
I need a few working out tips for my upper body.. I have 2 15lbs. dumbells, and a pull-up bar. I would use the pull-up bar for dips, pull-ups, and push ups. The dumbells are light because I use them for my shoulders. I just want to ask if anyone knows what I can do with my equipment that will work out ALL muscles on shoulders, pecs, tricep, bicep, and back. I learned that there are several muscles in those categories such as triceps, which has like three muscles but I feel like when I'm doing dips, it doesn't work out all three of them. Same goes for the pec muscles, which have like 3 layers of muscle I believe. Anyone know specific workout that will workout EVERYTHING?
