SONG HELP PLEASE!! 10 points!?

Okay I legitimately cannot remember any lyrics of this one song to save my life and it's driving me insane. The only part I remember is that the majority of the song is a guy asking a group of girls to say something and then the same guy asking a group of guys to say something. That is so vague but if you have any idea, please help!!! It's similar to Hey Ya by Outkast but it's different. All I remember is when the girls are singing it sounds very whiny... THANKS!
