How can i pay for seventeen?

I quite enjoy their magazines. but a few weeks ago i saw an ad saying, 'get a chance to win catching fire tickets!' so i logged in gave them my email. Then they asked me if i wanted a free issue so i did but now im getting charged 10 dollars, i dont have a credit card so can i pay in a check or money?!! Help!!!
