What culture and ethnicity would you belong to, if you had a choice?

Many people wish they were Asian, Spanish or Italian, if you could belong to a particular race, culture or ethnicity which one would you choose? If you are a Christian and were born in Spain, do you think the Philippines would change your perception of Christianity and would you still be correct (for example), if you could be born a second time with different parents and family? Would you choose a race because of body image, appearance and customs?
