Black Veil Brides; legion of the black?

On the movie Legion Of the Black by Black Veil Brides there's the part where Eve Black (Alicia vigil) gets in trouble from the teacher for listening to music and when she walks out it shows you a person with their hair over their face, with a few lip piercings putting there head down on the desk, what is it meant to mean? that it was her friend or something? Idk.. I was just curious.
