period problems this year idk what to do?

My periods have always been the same but this year its changed quit a bit. At first I had normal period the first few months then it stop for about three months I was regular for another 2 months. The next month I spotted for 2 days and bled heavy for 1 (which isn't normal for me) the next month it was the exact opposite. Now I'm not having it at all. I have exceeded my Medicare limit so I can't go to my doctor. Can someone please try to tell me if something is wrong with me?
