Should I ask her out like this?

My crush told me that she likes me back about a week ago and two days ago she kissed me on the lips! Next time she's over I want to ask her something like "Hey, where do we stand relationship wise? We do things that couples do but we aren't really official, right?" and then if she says yes then ask "Well do you want to make us official?" Then if she says she does, I'll hold her hands and say "I really like you and wanted to know if you'd be my girlfriend." Do you guys think this is a good idea?
