Can you train your mind/body to only take naps?
Lately my sleeping schedule has been 12-2 AM then I wake up and fall back asleep till 4 AM when I wake up. I feel like I have too much energy and although I try to go back to sleep, I can't until later. Around 8 AM is when I start to feel tired again so I usually fall asleep until 12 while still waking up every 2 hours. I still technically get 8 hours of sleep though. Naps use to be a regular thing for me since I am a teenager and I love my sleep but have I now trained my brain and body to only take naps?
