Is this my period? I'm confused?

Well I'm 19 and super irregular. September I got brown like blood not a lot though, for 7 days and it stopped. Around the same time this month I got red, mucus like discharge with some blood clot things, but it was again super light. Today I am actually bleeding enough to wear a tampon and it's red and I have cramps!! Is this my period now?
