Question #1299995

Losing weight and being more fit?

Hey guys i am 6 feet tall and 250 lbs. i work a fairly physical job(northern oil patch) but have never kept track on how much i eat although i do know its always been a lot. 3 weeks ago i started 30mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight training a day 6 days a week. I have also been eating much more healthy( eggs for breakfast, white chicken and fish, granola bars etc..). I also have been limiting my calorie intake to about 2000-2200 a day. Unfortunately i have not lost a single pound yet. Am i doing enough and its just that slow of a process or is there a better way to do it? I can't really get under 2000 calories a day because i feel sick at work. I work 11 hour days and dont think i could physically do it
