Is breast tenderness common with Lupus?

I recently was diagnosed with Lupus. I have saline breast implants. My left breast has suddenly become tender and swollen and is becoming hard. Is this something that occurs with lupus? My doctor is gone seeing that today is late Friday evening. Thanks!
