i want a declawed kitten?

see all i want for christmas is a small kitten like one that can fit in my hand. by my dad said the only way we might get one is if its declawed. do you know where i can find a declawed kitten who is that small. can you even declaw a kitten that small? what should i do? i live about 50 miles from tampa fl. thanks!
