Is this Babylon web browser thing a virus? I think it's taken over my computer?

I have no idea how I got Babylon on my computer. I do know that the instant I switched to Comcast ISP, this evil evil evil evil software took over my computer. Do you know anything about Babylon? Is this a virus? I can't even use the internet whatsoever if i try to use Firefox. I went through 40 steps to remove babylon from my computer, and it still denies me internet. I am forced to use MS Internet explorer now, and even then, wierd things sometimes happen. I deleted firefox and re-intsallted it, and that didn't help. SHould I sue this hateful company?
