CPU upgrade need help?

I have a 720 BE triple core @ 2.8ghz...shud i get something like an 8350 or 3470 ivy now, or wait for steamroller/haswell next year? Current rig is: AMD Phenom 720x3 BE 2.8ghz 4gb corsair 1066 ati 4850 gfx 850 watt antec gaming PSU I don't do heavy gaming, I play Rift, but want to be able to play games like crysis 3 when it comes out, but maybe I should wait? Thoughts? I know the new cores next year I believe are on new sockets so that is my main concern.
