Help with Kinetic Energy calculation?

What is the kinetic energy in kilojoules of a dog running weighing 28.83 kg and moving at a velocity of 19.29 km/hr? What is the answer, and how did you get to it This question is driving me mad, I can never get it right.. Thank you in advance
