If I make chages to my account via mobile web, will those carry over to the desktop?

I want to delete and make a few account changes, and I'll probably do them from my mobile devise. Will those changes also effect my desktop, cause I want them too. Im tired of everytime I send an email it get entered as a unwanted contact listing.
