So... What exactly are we /supposed/ to do?

Ok, so these neo-parents are kinda going a bit crazy... First it's no spanking (Ok, I can kinda see why they'd be against that one because it can be done very wrong); Then it's no time out (mhmm......); Then it's no discipline at all, what-so-ever...(???); NOW, you can give your child too much PRAISE??? What do they want us to do? Not parent at all and leave children to their own devices???
