ASAP Water got into my iPod Touch 5 ?!?!?

So I put my iPod Touch and was watching YouTube with speaks on while I was brushing my teeth then i moved my elbow then my ipod got into the sink full of water ! =.= How do I get all of the water out ?! I don;t want to use a blow dryer because I am pretty sure the water will go in further ! I dried it completely and turned off my iPod ! For some reason the speakers would not work at all ! It works when I play a sound from the Settings but not when I facetime or watch videos !?!?! PLEASE HELP ! Please no rude answers , I didn't come here for rude answers !
