My toes on both feet are hurting so are my fingers and even my elbow if I put pressure on it??

Left feet four small toes have swelled. Right foot only second toe is SLIGHTLY swelled but it's a bit stiff. I've got some strange rash on my middle finger on my left hand. And on the other hand the pinky is stiff. I'm 16, it started out on 1st jan and only on the the left foot but now whatever it is my other parts are getting swollen. WHATS GOING ON????
