Santander bank question??? UK?

I accidently dropped by debit card down the drain, on a night out when I'd had a few too many. Santander have told me, that my new card will arrive in ten days time, only there's a problem, today is payday and I need the money in my account. I need to withdraw all of it to pay bills and buy food as I literally have no money at all and no one who can lend me any. How can I get my money? I have no identification to take into my bank to get the money out of the counter as I also dropped these down the drain :/
