on age of wushu can you steal money from charactors?

i have this account but i dont want it and i have been offline for a whole lot of months and from what i see you can get rewards for being offline so i was gonna make a diffrent one and use him as my go to for stuff like scripts or money so i was just wondering if i could take his money from him or send it as a gift to my other avatar.
