Is it was safe to add wheat germ, quinoa, ground flax seed, and chia seeds to my juices at the same time?
I just started juicing and i was wondering if it was safe to add wheat germ, quinoa, ground flax seed, and chia seeds to my juices at the same time? I know they are all healthy that is why i wanted to use them all but is it safe to use all of them at the same time? Or should I just use like one of them per juice I make? Thank you for your help!!!
