Doctors: Nose bled yesterday and know I need to blow my nose?

My nose bled yesterday and know it's all stuffy and I need to blow it. Should I blow it? Should I wait and let it be all jammed? I really don't want it to bleed again. It's so creepy and scary. I am really afraid even if I blow a little bit it will go. What should I do?? Thanks.
