yesterday I fell on my back and head, I am sore all over should I go to hospital?

I slid on the ice, my legs went up and I fell hard on my back with my head hitting the ice. I could not breathe for a moment, when I finally got up I was nauseous. I went to work, by lunch my neck was a little sore. I went home and rested, by the night and especially this morning I was really sore on my neck and back. Should I go to hospital or am I just sore?
