Question #13350013

I have this pain that is running down my whole arm. Could this be nerve pain?

Half my right hand is numb, my elbow is in mild throbbing pain, and this pain runs up my whole arm and into my shoulder and shoulder blade. I felt something like this when I damaged my Ulna Nerve in my left elbow when it bashed into the floor at work years ago, but even that didn't run up my whole arm and into my shoulder. I wouldn't normally be worried about minor pains like this, but nothing caused it. I woke up one day almost a week ago and there it was, and it won't go away. Is this nerve pain and/or damage and could it be from just sleeping on my right side almost every night? That's all I can think of, thanks for your help.
