Plz help i feel so depressed?

Ok so plz help i jst feel like hole why just fell on me and that i can never sleep and dont have the time for and just dont want to laugh at anything and just no hugs is enough i just feel like cuddling with anyone all night long but have no one and eugh! Just feel sad for no reason so plz plz help :(
