JW’s, what is the difference between being inspired and being directed by angels or the Holy Spirit?

Do the two articles contradict each other? Angels may share in directing us, or we may receive guidance by holy spirit. (Watchtower; July 15, 1992; p. 21) 1993 "The Watchtower does not claim to be inspired in it's utterances, nor is it dogmatic." (March 22, 1993 Awake!, footnote) How can you be directed but not inspired? How is a direction from the Holy Spirit not an inspiration?
