I want to become wiccan?

I want to become wiccan, but I'm 12 years old. I know that being wiccan means you worship nature and the environment. I also know a bit of the wiccan history. With me being 12 can I study and worship the wiccan ways? I already know how to read tarot cards, and my mom said she was creating me a book of shadows to give me on my 16th birthday! Also are there any books you can recommend I can read?
