I have dark circles.. I feel insecure?

So a few days ago my friends were saying i have dark circles. I feel so ugly now. I asked my mom and shes like yeah u do cuz ur always on ur ipod. Your face looks pretty bad too. I asked her if i could put potatoes on my eyes, and shes like "ur only 13.. Ur too young". I wanna put concealer on tmrw.. But I cant find it. The dark circles r kinda noticeable. I feel so ugly now.. Idk what to do. My sis is like "yeah I was just abt to say u have dark circles".
