Really itchy skin everywhere at 34 weeks?

Hi I'm 34 weeks and since I woke up this morning I've had super itchy skin hands feet neck legs arms EVERYWHERE! It's only been about 3 bad times but I could scratch for ten minutes. Any idea about this?? Right now it's been over ten minutes and I feel like I could scratch my skin off!! No patches or dry skin by the way or history of It. Thanks :)
