Am I eligible for a wrongful termination lawsuit?

I am currently suspended from my job due to discommendation, and I'm being considered for termination. I believe most of my discommendations were due to lack of training and not informing me of important company policy. Is it in my rights to make a plea to my union representatives about wrongful termination on the basis of ineffectual training practices? I am in California.
