I filed my taxes 21 days ago with no return. Help?

About 21-22 days ago we filed our taxes with hr block. They sent our return electronically and it was received. We have not received a return yet and Im becoming slightly anxious because the irs site say we should be getting one within 8-21 days unless there is an issue. Would this indicate an issue?
