Eye strain?

So for the past 2 weeks my eyes and head have been messed up. So it all started with my eyes being slow and blurry and having double vision. Then it whent from that to eye pain plus what was before. I remember one night it was so bad that every time I closed my eyes it felt as if you look really far to the side without moving your head so just your eyes to the very end and having that tension feeling. And today, and I don t know why if it s from me smoking tea from a makeshift bong ( a plastic bottle with tinfoil coming out the side with a straw in it) I did it for fun ( I m 13) so 4 hours after that my head hurt and are my symptoms eye strain or do I have a lazy eye because that s like my greatest fear. Please help!!!!
