Install Shield Wizard Error on windows startup. Error code -6002. How to fix this?

Error message with the Install Shield Wizard pop-up as soon as laptop starts: Setup has experienced an error. Please do the following: -Close any running programs -Empty your temporary folder -Check your Internet connection (Internet-based Setups) Then try to run the Setup again. Error code: -6002 win 8.1
