Medicaid covering a c-section ?

Medicaid covered my sister getting fixed after her second child. But, he was born through c-section. Would medicaid cover getting me fixed if I end up not needing a c-section for birth? I planned to ask my doctor about it because I may be getting a planned c-section anyways, but I don t see my doctor again until late November.
