Question #14718095

Gas trapped in chest. How to relieve?

Couple days ago I ate something that didn't agree with me and I was very sick. I had very intense stomach pains and nausea i was bedridden because of it and couldnt eat much. the symptoms improved a bit and i was mainly left with very painful upper stomach pains. today it moved into my chest. the way it moves around in that area makes it feel like its gas. is there any way to get rid of it? i never experienced something like this before. it's very uncomfortable. it feels like a sore muscle in my chest most of the time. but at night when im trying to sleep on my back i notice it gets worse like a hand reaching in and twisting then reaching out. it improves if i sleep on my stomach instead. i do feel slightly nauseous now and then too.
