Ive been having leg pain from my thigh to my foot for about 5 weeks now?

5 weeks of leg pain after a really long car ride. No swelling, warm to touch, redness, discoloration or pain when touched. Only other symptom is i can feel my pulse down the leg. I got 2 ultra sounds 3 weeks ago and another 2 weeks ago. They didnt find anything. 8 had a CT of my abdomen last week and nothing. Is there anyway they could've missed a blood clot? I mean i dont think sciatica would cause you to feel your pulse down the leg. Thoughts?
