My 2 month old puppys nail is messed up?

I recently got a pit/lab puppy from another home just a week ago. I noticed her nail wasn't okay. A week ago, it Was attached, and now it looks like it's slightly attached. I was wondering if I needed to do to do anything or to lleave it alone. I've been washing it it with warm water and soap when I have the chance but otherwise, I leave it alone. She doesn't look like shes in pain bc she still goes about her day and plays like crazy. Sometimes when you 8 month old puppy (pit/lab as well so she's pretty big) accidentally touches the nail the younger one will yelp and at that point I remove her. What should I do ?
