Is this early signs of schizophrenia?

I have generalized anxiety and have been stressed to the point where I feel tired a brain foggy everyday. But recently I have been noticing when i stare at objects for a while it starts to move. Like for example, when i look at my window, it looks like it's moving closer. Is this early signs of schizophrenia?
