Why wouldn't you work 130 hours/week for like $20/week?

The reason this can easily be done is a simple one. You stay at mom's like when you were a kid and mom makes you breakfast and cooks dinner then you can take your $20 and get iPhone accessories and stuff every month So why doesn't everyone work for way less and do this instead?
