Question for the ladies.?

Last month i had a very abnormal cycle i usually go 5 days and its very heavy and painful last month i got no sign of starting when i did the first day was spotting the second was light 3/4 of the day then switched back over to spotting for the next 2 days no pain at all. Threw up once and for about a week felt nausea in that time i had dizzyness now im having random headaches and horrible lower back pain. Has anyone had these same symptoms and turned out to be pregnant?
