Im sick by i don't know what it is?

I have alot of mucus and have watery eyes but the weird thing is I eat but I don't digest it I sometimes throw up but if not it just stays in my stomach it's like I DON'T EAT ANYTHING DO I NEED A DOCTOR PLZ HELP
